This was a MASSIVE project that had many hidden unknowns once we started getting into the project with Osvaldo and his team at Pacific Star Roofing LLC. This family house had been neglected for the past 10+ years and needed so much work. New Roofing, many roofing repairs, eliminating a chimney (to an old direct vent gas fireplace), siding replacement, new gutters, new vents, some interior work. Not to mention, painting the entire house. Not only was this a house project, but it also applied to the 4 car garage/workshop!!!! This project became massive in scope, but that didn't scare Osvaldo and his team away. In fact, as the new challenges came in, Osvaldo took the time to sit with me face to face and go through the challenge along with a game plan to overcome it.
